Who is Mr. Troy?

I've been in the tech industry for over 30 years. I've managed local and remote teams in the The Philippines, US, China and Europe. I've worked for large corporations, including Amazon Web Services and Ford Motor Company as well as smaller startups.

Being a father of five kids (including one with severe autism), I have a deep understand of the challenges faced by remote workers, especially those with families. I get tremendous joy from being able to help my Filipino VA team grow and enjoy a fulfilled work-life balance.
